Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days of payment being confirmed.
- Once dispatched, UK orders usually arrive within 3–7 working days.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Busy periods, weather and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.
Christmas delivery
To receive your order in time for Christmas, please order by 15 December. Orders placed after this date will still be sent as quickly as possible, but we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Delivery costs
- Free UK delivery on orders over £44.99.
- A small delivery charge applies to orders under £44.99. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking link. You can also check your order at any time on our Track Order page.
Problems with delivery
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbours and any safe place first, then email support@yulemere.com within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. We can't be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address, but we will always do our best to help.
